For Honor Gets Dedicated Servers & Free-To-Play From Dec 14 – 18, 2017!

For Honor is finally getting Dedicated Servers as Ubisoft is having an Open Server Testing for all players to try out their new servers starting today at 9pm, 14th December till 18th December.

The game has been criticized by players for using peer-to-peer connection which was detrimental for any fighting game and for us Malaysians since we do not have a strong internet connection and community as opposed to other countries. We all know how irritating it would be to experience lag and delays…

The game has also received backlash by players due to the game being heavily invested in microtransactions where a user on Reddit even reported that the game could take roughly two and a half years to unlock all cosmetics or you could purchase all of them at £585 (RM3,198) if you’re feeling rich enough and the game losing up to 95% of their player base at one point since its release on February.

Hopefully, For Honor will be able to pull itself and rise from the ashes with this new move from the developers as Ubisoft has recently been improving their games with the continuous support for Rainbow Six: Siege Year 3 content and the most recent release of Update 1.8 of The Division which has given new breath to the game with many new features and improvements. Certainly, Ubisoft has been listening to its players and are now improving themselves to be a better game company as they were before.

So, sign yourself up at their website and start slaying some knights, samurai and vikings!
